TX Switch Sense is a calculator. We extract plan terms from the Electricity Facts Labels you upload and compute a financial comparison. We are not a retail electric provider, broker, or affiliate of one.
No financial advice
The 0–100 score and the plain-English recommendation are educational. Your actual savings depend on your real usage, which varies. Make your final switching decision against the current EFL on the provider’s site at the moment you sign up.
EFL freshness
Texas retail electric providers reprice and republish plans often. A specific rate seen today may not be offered next week. The app flags EFLs older than ~30 days; verify on the provider’s site before signing.
Acceptable use
Use the service for evaluating residential electricity plans in Texas. Do not attempt to extract or scrape data, abuse the API, or upload files that aren’t Electricity Facts Labels.
Subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly and cancellable at any time. Refunds for partial months are at our discretion. App Store purchases follow Apple’s standard refund policy.
