Your EFLs don’t stick around.
Stateless by default
When you upload an Electricity Facts Label, it’s held in memory for the lifetime of a single request and discarded immediately after. We do not write the uploaded file, the extracted plan data, or the resulting comparison to any database unless you have explicitly opted in to saved history.
Opt-in history
Signed-in users can choose to save their comparison history. The toggle lives under Settings. Without that opt-in, no analysis data is persisted. You can turn it off at any time and delete past comparisons individually.
Account data
We store the email address you signed in with so you can find your history later, and so we can contact you about billing if you upgrade to Pro. We do not sell or share this with third parties.
Logs
We keep structured operational logs to debug failures. PII like account numbers, names, and tokens are auto-redacted before logs leave our server. Email addresses are retained as an audit key on a small number of write endpoints.
Third parties
We send the contents of your EFLs to Anthropic’s Claude API to extract the plan details and generate the recommendation. Anthropic’s data-handling policy applies to that hop. We do not send your data to any other third party.
